This standard replaces LY/T 1296-1999 "Load Truck Sawn Timber".
Compared with LY/T 1296-1999, the main changes of this standard are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of the statement (see Chapter 1);
--- Added terminology and definitions to modify beams and plates to beam mats, floors, and slats (see Chapter 3);
--- Increase or decrease some tree species (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1999 edition);
--- Removed the type (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.1999 edition);
--- Revised the size and size deviation (see Chapters 2 and 3 of the 4.2, 4.3,.1999 edition);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sampling methods, inspection methods and volumetric measurements of sawn timber for trucks.
This standard applies to beam mats, bottom plates and slats for trucks.

3 Terms and definitions
