This document replaces LY/T 1207-2018 "Technical Regulations for the Production of Black Fungus Blocks" and LY/T 2841-2017 "Production Technology of Black Fungus Packs"
Rules". Compared with LY/T 1207-2018 and LY/T 2841-2017, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Add the chapter "Black Fungus Cultivation and Production Technology" (see Chapter 5);
b) Add the chapter "Quality grade of dried black fungus products" (see Chapter 7).
