1 Scope
This standard specifies the principle, reagents, instruments, sample preparation, operation steps and results of spectrophotometric determination of oryzanol in vegetable oil.

3 Principle
The absorbance of the sample was measured using a 10 mm cuvette at 315 nm UV wavelength to calculate the oryzanol content in the sample.
