1 Scope
This standard specifies the detection method for growing fungi during grain storage.
This standard applies to the detection of growth fungi in the storage of wheat, rice, corn and soybean raw grains.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Grain storage fungus storagefungi
During the grain storage process, the fungi growing on the grain are mainly molds, in which Aspergillus and Penicillium are seriously endangered. Food production at the beginning of storage

Aspergillus glaucus G.

The substrate is vigorously developed, and the minimum relative humidity of spore germination is between 65% and 80%. Because the growth temperature is not high, it can invade low water.

4 Principle
Stored grain fungi produce a certain number of conidia. The spores in the sample are eluted with water and passed through a microscope under specified conditions.
Count and detect the number of spores. The number of spores reflects the condition of the storage of mildew and is an important indicator of food storage safety.
