This standard applies to the detection of growth fungi in the storage of wheat, rice, corn and soybean raw grains.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Grain storage fungus storagefungi
During the grain storage process, the fungi growing on the grain are mainly molds, in which Aspergillus and Penicillium are seriously endangered. Food production at the beginning of storage

4 Principle
Stored grain fungi produce a certain number of conidia. The spores in the sample are eluted with water and passed through a microscope under specified conditions.
