1 Scope
This procedure is applicable to all kinds of single-type and centralized management decentralized telephone meter verification instruments (hereinafter referred to as the verification instrument)
First verification, follow-up verification and in-use inspection.

3 Overview
The calibration instrument is used for verification of single-type and centralized management of distributed billing type telephone timing meter (hereinafter referred to as billing)
