Introduction
This regulation is based on the requirements in the National Metrology Technical Specification JJF1002 "Rules for Compiling National Metrology Verification Regulations".
It is a revision of JJG 802-1993.
Compared with JJG 802-1993 "Distortion Tester Verification Device", the main technical
The changes are as follows.
--- Increase "Introduction".
--- Widened the scope of application of the regulations. the standard distortion range 0.03% ~ 100% changed to 0.003% ~ 100%.
--- Improved some measurement performance requirements. if the maximum allowable frequency error is changed from ± (3% reading 1Hz)
± (2% reading 0.1Hz); amplitude stability changed from better than 0.5%/15min to better than 0.2% /
15min; the optimal requirement of harmonic partial voltage error is changed from ± (0.5% reading 30μV) to ± (0.2% reading
Count 20μV).
--- Improved the technical requirements of the measuring standard used.
--- Increase the measurement performance of harmonic oscillator output waveform distortion and the corresponding verification method.
--- Superposition error verification method moved from the text to Appendix D.
--- Removed the overall verification method for the calibrator of the distortion meter.
--- Removed the measurement standard of passive notch filter.

Distortion meter calibrator
1 Scope
This regulation applies to the frequency range of 5Hz ~.200kHz, the standard distortion range of 0.003% ~ 100%
Verification of the calibrator of the distortion meter.
2 Overview
Distortion meter calibrator is a harmonic distortion designed by using fundamental wave and second harmonic method to generate standard distortion source.
Wave distortion measurement standard. It is mainly composed of independent low distortion fundamental wave oscillator, second harmonic oscillator, high precision harmonic
It consists of voltage divider, voltmeter, fundamental and harmonic superposition circuit, and low-noise power supply.
Standard instrument for measuring and calibrating distortion measuring instruments and audio analyzers.
3 Measurement performance requirements
3.1 Frequency
The fundamental frequency range. 5Hz ~.200kHz, the maximum frequency error. ± (2% reading 0.1Hz).
Harmonic frequency range. 10Hz ~ 400kHz, maximum frequency error. ± (2% reading 0.1Hz).
3.2 Oscillator waveform distortion
3.2.1 Distortion of fundamental oscillator waveform
≤1/3 Output the minimum value of standard distortion.
3.2.2 Harmonic oscillator waveform distortion
< 1.0% (10Hz≤f < 20kHz);
< 2.0% (20kHz≤f≤400kHz).
3.3 Stability of amplitude
Amplitude range. 1V or 3V.
Fundamental signal amplitude stability. ≤0.2%/15min.
Harmonic signal amplitude stability. ≤0.2%/15min.
3.4 Maximum allowable error of harmonic partial pressure
± (2% reading 30μV) (10Hz≤f < 20Hz);
± (1% reading 30μV) (20Hz≤f < 100Hz);
± (0.2% reading 20μV) (100Hz≤f < 40kHz);
± (0.5% reading 30μV) (40kHz≤f < 200kHz);
± (2.5% reading 30μV) (200kHz≤f≤400kHz).
3.5 Basic error of voltmeter and maximum allowable error of frequency response
Basic error of voltmeter. ± 0.3% (1kHz).
