Foreword
This standard 5.1.1 and 5.2.6 are mandatory, the rest are recommended.
This standard replaces JG 3036-1996 "concrete test mixer."
The main changes compared with the standard JG 3036-1996 are as follows.
--- Increased two horizontal shaft compulsory and rotary cup compulsory two types of construction mixer;
--- Increased speed of the provisions of the mixer;
--- Mixer no-load operation noise reduced from 70dB (A) to 65dB (A);
--- Feeding mouth from the ground height reduced from 1.2m to 1.1m;
--- Totally non-fault working hours increased from.200h to 300h, improve the reliability of the mixer;
--- Blade and lateral scraper with mixing drum inner wall of the maximum gap from 3mm adjusted to 2mm, and the stirring cylinder and stirring blade material
Quality and thickness made the appropriate provisions;
--- Modify the inspection rules.
In order to improve the mixing efficiency of concrete test and ensure the homogeneity of the mixture, it is preferable to newly buy or replace the concrete test mixer

3 classification and marking
3.1 classification
3.1.1 mixer according to the nominal capacity (rated discharge capacity) is divided into.
a) 30 type, the nominal capacity of 30L;
b) 60 type, the nominal capacity of 60L;
c) Type 100, the nominal capacity of 100L.
3.1.2 mixer according to the structure type is divided into.
a) Self-propelled mixer, code Z. Structure diagram shown in Figure 1.
1 --- caster; 5 --- mixing drum;
2 --- base; 6 --- controller;
3 --- bracket; 7 --- gear box;
4 --- unloading handle; 8 --- motor.
