1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles, methods and techniques for the collection, preservation and transportation of crude oil samples during the construction of offshore oil exploration and development oil fingerprint database

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Samplingparty
The unit responsible for collecting crude oil samples from offshore oil platforms and oil storage facilities connected to them.
3.2
Ownerparty
Units of offshore oil platforms and oil storage facilities connected to them.
4 The layout of sampling points and the principle of sample collection
4.1 Each oil platform should collect oil samples after the oil-water separator; if an oil platform contains multiple oil-water separators, in addition to collecting
In addition to the oil sample after the oil-water separator, the oil sample from the main output pipe of the platform should be collected; if one platform collects oil samples from other platforms, it should also be collected.
Collect the oil samples of each input pipe.
4.2 For each single well included in the platform, if they are in the same reservoir unit, one single well should be selected for sampling; if they are in different reservoir units,
A single well sampling that can represent different reservoir units should be selected.
4.3 When the oil product changes, samples should be updated in time.
4.4 At least 60mL oil samples should be collected at each sampling point.
4.5 The sampling personnel shall collect crude oil samples on site.
4.6 Except for the samples kept for commodity inspection, the sampling personnel should not directly accept other oil samples collected in advance by the sampled party.
