Enterprises, institutions, operators and individuals are engaged in offshore oil exploration, development, production, storage and
Operation activities such as pipeline transportation, including the operation activities of the fixed platform and mobile platform used and other related facilities.
Note 1.Operator refers to the entity that performs offshore oil exploration and development operations.
Note 2.Production refers to a series of production and processing processes carried out on the sea after seabed oil is mined.
Note 3.Fixed and mobile platforms refer to drilling platforms and oil production platforms, and include other platforms.

Any substance that is used or generated in offshore oil exploration and development operations and discharged to the sea and may affect the marine ecological environment.
Note. Offshore oil exploration and development pollutants include pollutants generated during development activities that are directly discharged into the sea and associated gas discharged into the atmosphere.
