Technical Regulations for Latent Target Observation
1 Scope
This standard establishes the marine submarine standard observation procedure, and specifies the stages of deployment, recovery, maintenance, voyage report writing, and data submission.
Operation instructions describe the traceability methods such as process records and markings.
This standard applies to the operation of marine submersible targets. Special-purpose submersible targets and submersible targets operating on lakes and rivers can be implemented by reference.

The following terms and definitions defined in HY/T 008-1992 and HY/T 092-2015 apply to this document.

The main floating body is located in the ocean observation system at a certain depth below the sea surface.
4 General requirements
4.1 Requirements for the job implementation plan
The implementation plan should be formulated and approved before the deployment and recovery of the potential mark, and its contents include.
a) Task name, purpose and requirements;
b) Place the recycling location (latitude and longitude, water depth, bottom quality, etc.);
c) Work boat and work schedule;
d) The task division and requirements of the deployment and recycling process;
e) Safety measures and emergency treatment methods;
f) Material guarantee conditions and measures required to complete the task;
g) Operation methods, methods and steps;
h) List of items going to sea, etc.
4.2 Requirements for work boats
The submersible standard work boat should meet the following requirements.
a) Hoisting equipment with a lifting load not less than 3t, a boom extending overboard not less than 3m, and a lifting height not less than 3m;
b) The minimum sailing speed should not be greater than 50cm/s;
