1 Scope
This standard specifies the national pollution encoding rules.
This standard applies to the national environmental pollution in the management of information processing and information exchange.

4 Encoding Rules
4.1 Coding Structure
Pollution source code is the combination code. A code is used to identify sources of environmental pollution entity, no other meaning. Endowed should insist on CD
