To implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, reduce the impact of vacuum cleaners on the environment and human health during production and use.
Sound, protect the environment, and develop this standard.
This standard applies to the ecological design of vacuum cleaners, energy consumption, noise, use of hazardous substances in materials, packaging, identification, and public information.

Environmental labeling product technical requirements vacuum cleaner
1 Scope of application
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical contents and inspection methods of vacuum cleaner environmental labeling products.
This standard applies to electric vacuum cleaners and water-absorbing cleaning appliances for household and similar purposes.

The contents of this standard refer to the terms in the following documents. For undated references, the valid version applies to this standard.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Vacuum cleaners
Mainly divided into vacuum cleaners and water-absorbing cleaning appliances, wherein the vacuum cleaner is driven by electric power to absorb dust,
Wire and fiber utensils. A water absorbing cleaning appliance means an appliance for absorbing an aqueous solution which may contain a foaming detergent.
4 basic requirements
4.1 Product quality and safety should meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards.
4.2 Pollutant emissions from product manufacturing enterprises shall comply with the requirements of national or local pollutant discharge standards.
4.3 Product manufacturers should strengthen clean production in the production process.
5 Technical content
5.1 Design requirements
5.1.1 The product adopts a detachable design.
5.1.2 The recycling rate of product components and materials should be at least 50% of the average quality of electrical appliances.
5.1.3 DecaBDE (DBDPO) and short chain chlorinated paraffins (SCCPs) shall not be used for plastic parts in the product.
5.1.4 The content of vinyl chloride monomer in the outer shell of the product shall not exceed 1mg/kg.

5.1.5 Product shell Plastic parts shall be marked in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 16288.
5.2 Production process requirements
5.2.1 The following solvents should not be used for cleaning during the production process. hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), 1,1,1-trichloroethane (C2H3Cl3),
Trichloroethylene (C2HCl3), dichloroethane (CH3CHCl2), chloroform (CHCl3), n-hexane (C6H14), bromopropane (C3H7Br),
Toluene (C7H8), xylene (C6H4 (CH3) 2).
5.2.2 Lead-free soldering process should be used during assembly and connection of product parts.
5.3 Product requirements
5.3.1 Product inhalation efficiency should be greater than 25%.
5.3.2 Product sound power level/noise shall not exceed 76dB (A).
5.3.3 Lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr6), polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers in products
(PBDEs) The content of six types of hazardous substances should meet the requirements of GB/T 26572.
5.4 Product Packaging Requirements
5.4.1 The content of vinyl chloride monomer should not exceed 1mg/kg.
5.4.2 Hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs) should not be used as blowing agents.
5.4.3 It should be marked in accordance with GB/T 18455.
5.5 Product Description Requirements
The following information should be included in the product description.
(1) Replace or empty when the dust collector or dust bag is full.
(2) Turn off the power when not in use.
(3) Information on various maintenance procedures.
(4) Information on product recycling and recycling.
6 Test methods
6.1 The calculation in Technical Content 5.1.2 is carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 21097.1-2007.
6.2 The calculations in Technical Content 5.3.1 are carried out in accordance with the method specified in QB 1562-1992.
6.3 The test in 5.3.2 of the technical content shall be carried out in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 4214.2-2008.
6.4 Other indicators in the technical content are verified by means of document review combined with on-site inspection.
