5 Requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 The turbo fruit beater shall be manufactured in accordance with the technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
5.1.2 The selection of materials for the turbo fruit beater and the safety and health of the equipment structure shall meet the requirements of GB 16798 and GB/T 19891.

5.7 Temperature rise and noise
5.7.1 The temperature rise of the bearing shall not exceed 30 ℃.
5.7.2 Noise should be no more than 80dB (A) during empty machine operation.
5.8 Hygiene requirements
5.8.1 Stainless steel and welding materials in direct contact with the materials shall meet the requirements of 4.3.1 and 4.3.5 in GB 16798-1997.
5.8.2 There should be no cleaning dead zone for the turbo fruit beater.

6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
6.1.1 The test ambient temperature is 5 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, and the relative humidity is ≤95%.

6.2 Appearance quality inspection
Visual inspection and hand inspection shall meet the requirements of 5.2 of this standard.
6.3 Material inspection

7 Inspection rules
7.1 General

7.2 Inspection classification

8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
