A huge consumer market. More than 140 counties across the country have supported peppers as a key pillar industry in the region, resulting in a number of influential districts.
Domain brand products. Pepper planting techniques are relatively simple and easy to master. Therefore, the pepper industry has strong and special advantages in precision poverty alleviation.

Chili Industry Project Operation Management Regulations
1 Scope
This guiding technical document gives the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, project pre-operation of the operation and management of the pepper industry project.
The results of the effectiveness analysis, project evaluation and management, and provide a typical case of standardization of precision poverty alleviation in the pepper industry (see Appendix A).

3 Project conditions
3.1 Natural conditions
3.1.1 The ecological environment is good, there is no industrial pollution around, the water source is sufficient, the irrigation and drainage is convenient, and the environmental conditions are in accordance with the requirements of NY/T 5010.
3.1.2 The optimal growth temperature of pepper is 25 °C ~ 30 °C, basically stops growing below 12 °C, higher than 35 °C will produce flowering, pollination does not produce

3.1.3 Capsicum is resistant to drought, and it should be cultivated in deep ditch sorghum. After heavy rain, it is necessary to do field drainage in time.
3.1.4 Capsicum is resistant to fertility, sufficient nitrogen fertilizer is needed in the seedling stage, and more phosphorus and potassium fertilizer are needed in the flowering stage.
3.1.5 Chili should be planted in sandy loam with deep and fertile soil, rich in organic matter and good permeability.
