Foreword

This revised standard adopts ISO 735. 1977 "Determination of insoluble cake of hydrochloric acid in oil cake" (in English). The main technical differences between this standard and ISO 735. 1977 are as follows. --- Increasing the reagent preparation method; --- 6.4 amendments to the requirements of Ma Fu furnace; --- The 7.2 "in two consecutive weighing difference is less than or equal to 0.001g" was revised to "the difference between two consecutive weighing less than or equal to 0.002g "; --- 8.1.2 hydrochloric acid insoluble ash dry basis timing formula was integrated. For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes. --- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard"; --- Use the decimal point "." Instead of as a decimal point comma ","; --- Removed the foreword of international standards. This standard replaces GB/T 9825-1988 "Determination of insoluble cake of hydrochloric acid cake oil." This standard compared with GB/T 9825-1988 main changes are as follows. --- Added "normative references" and "test report" item; --- Increasing the requirements of the results of the judgment; --- Standardize the value, quantity and units of expression used; --- The 7.2 "in two consecutive weighing difference is less than or equal to 0.001g" was revised to "the difference between two consecutive weighing less than or equal to 0.002g ". This standard proposed by the State Food Administration. This standard by the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted. Hubei Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. The main drafters of this standard. Cui Hairong, Lingyao Tao, Guo Jian, Yang Shunfeng, Zhu Yi Philippines, Ye Cheng. This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows. --- GB/T 9825-1988. Oilseed cake - Determination of insoluble ash content in hydrochloric acid

3 definition

The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1 Under the operating conditions described in this standard, the total ash after treatment with hydrochloric acid retained insoluble parts.

4 principle

The total ash is treated with hydrochloric acid to remove the soluble fraction, and the undissolved residue is then burned and weighed.

5 reagent

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used are of analytical grade. The water used shall meet the requirements of Class III water in GB/T 6682. 5.1 3mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid 27mL, diluted with water to 100mL. 5.2 10g/L silver nitrate solution. Weigh silver nitrate 1.0g, dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL, mix well, protected from light.

6 instruments and appliances

6.1 Analytical Balance. Dividing value 0.1mg. 6.2 Flat-bottomed ashing dish. diameter of about 60mm, height not exceeding 25mm, the material is platinum, platinum alloy, quartz or porcelain. 6.3 Quantitative filter paper. medium speed, ash-free. 6.4 Mufu furnace. temperature control at 550 ℃ ± 15 ℃. 6.5 Dryer. Contains effective desiccant.

7 operating procedures

All weighing should be accurate to 0.001g.
