4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade.
4.1 Water. Water line with two GB/T 6682-1992 requirements.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 formic acid.
4.4 petroleum ether. boiling range 30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃.
4.5 ethanol.
4.6 sodium tungstate.
4.7 citric acid.
4.8 ammonium acetate.
4.9 sea sand. chemically pure. Be boiled with hydrochloric acid solution (1 + 10) 15min, washed with water (4.1) washed until neutral, and then 50g/L sodium hydroxide solution
Liquid boiled 15min, washed with water (4.1) washed until neutral, dried at 105 ℃, stored in a stoppered bottle.
Sulfuric acid solution 4.10 [1 + 9 (volume ratio)]. the amount of 10mL of concentrated sulfuric acid, while stirring slowly added to 90mL of water.
4.11 sodium tungstate (Ba = 100g/L). Weigh 10g sodium tungstate dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL.
4.12 ammonium acetate (Ba = 0.02mol/L). Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate, dissolved in water and diluted to 1000mL. Filtered through 0.45μm
Membrane filtration.
4.13 citric acid solution (Ba = 200g/L). Weigh 20g of citric acid (C6H8O7 · H2O), dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL.
Methanol, formic acid + 4.14 [3 + 2 (volume ratio)]. amount of methanol 60mL, 40mL formic acid, and mix.
4.15 ammonia + water + ethanol [7 + 2 + 1 (by volume)]. amount of ethanol 70mL, 20mL ammonia, 10mL water, and mix.
