Trichloroacetic acid extracted meat and meat products polyphosphates, extract by ethanol and diethyl ether, microcrystalline cellulose TLC plate
On separation, by spraying color, test polyphosphates.
4 Reagents
The reagents used were of analytical grade, test water should be consistent with GB/T 6682 requirements.
4.1 isopropanol.
4.2 nitrate.
4.3 tetrahydrate ammonium molybdate solution (75g/L). Weigh 75g of ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.4 ammonium hydroxide.
4.5 tartaric acid.
4.6 sodium metabisulfite (150g/L). Weigh 150g of sodium metabisulfite dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.7 sodium sulfite (200g/L). Weigh 200g of sodium sulfite, dissolved in water and dilute to 1000mL.
4.8 amino-2-naphthol-4-sulfonic acid.
4.9 sodium acetate.
4.10 trichloroacetic acid solution (135g/L). Weigh 135g TCA, water volume to 1000mL.
4.11 ether.
4.12 ethanol (95%).
4.13 soluble starch.
4.14 microcrystalline cellulose.
4.15 standard reference mixture
Dissolved in 100mL following materials.
Sodium dihydrogen phosphate.200mg;
Tetrasodium pyrophosphate, sodium. 300mg;
Pentasodium triphosphate.200mg;
Hexametaphosphate.200mg.
