1 Scope
GB/T 9695 This section specifies the method for the determination of microorganisms in meat and meat content of vitamin PP.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of the GB/T 9695's.

Under the conditions specified in this section, the determination of nicotinic acid (niacin) and nicotinamide (niacinamide) of the total amount.

Third grade water GB/T 6682-1992 requirements.
Weigh 3.2g of sodium hydroxide, dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL.
Volume of 2mL of hydrochloric acid, diluted with water to 120mL, and mix.
5.4 NS
Weigh 9g of sodium chloride dissolved in 1000mL water. It was poured into each use 6 ~ 8 10mL tubes, each about plus
10mL, stoppered tampons, in the high-pressure steam sterilizer 121 ℃ sterilization 15min, standby.
