Weigh 3.2g of sodium hydroxide, dissolved in water and diluted to 100mL.
Volume of 2mL of hydrochloric acid, diluted with water to 120mL, and mix.
5.4 NS
Weigh 9g of sodium chloride dissolved in 1000mL water. It was poured into each use 6 ~ 8 10mL tubes, each about plus
10mL, stoppered tampons, in the high-pressure steam sterilizer 121 ℃ sterilization 15min, standby.
