Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 8169-1987 "Test Method for Packaging Features passed cushioning material vibration."
This standard compared with GB/T 8169-1987, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increase in the content references, terminology;
--- Modify the test equipment shaker relevant requirements;
--- Modify the number of test samples of the relevant requirements;
--- Increasing the predetermined vertical position of the fixture, the test sample, the mass center of gravity;
--- Clear during the test pass rate of acceleration transmissibility;
--- Clear vibration transfer rate test output - Rendering frequency curve.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.
This standard by the National Packaging Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC49) and focal points.
This standard was drafted. the machine Productivity Promotion Center, Shenzhen MYS Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd, China Export Commodities Packaging
graduate School.

This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
--- GB/T 8169-1987.
The vibration transmission characteristics of package cushioning material
experiment method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test equipment package cushioning material vibration transmission characteristic test, the test samples, test procedures and test reports.
This standard applies to the assessment of vibration transmission cushion packaging materials (isolation) and the properties of the contents of the package of insurance under sinusoidal vibration effect
Care ability.
This standard applies to nonlinear elastic cushioning material.

3 Terms
GB/T 4122.1 and established the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Acceleration acceleration ratio shaker table of the mass.
3.2
Vibration frequency vibration table during the test as the horizontal, an acceleration test was formed during the transfer ordinate, plotted
Curve.
4 Test principle
The tests conducted by mass, cushioning materials, fixtures and constitute a vibration shaker system to simulate the package in the slow sinusoidal vibration effect
Chong material (hereinafter referred to as the test sample) for vibration absorption, transfer characteristics. Acceleration vibration state mass and vibrating table test record
Values, and expressed as the vibration transmissibility - frequency characteristic curve.
5 Test Equipment
5.1 shaker
Shaking table should have a sufficiently large size, sufficient strength, rigidity and load carrying capacity. The structure should be able to guarantee the vibration shaker table
Maintain the level of the state, its lowest resonance frequency should be higher than the maximum test frequency. Shaking table should be flat, and the maximum angle between the level changes
0.3 °.
5.2 Fixtures
5.2.1 The fixture should have done to ensure the quality of the block rigidity and strength of vertical vibration, the structure see Appendix A. Fixtures and Quality
Friction between the blocks should not affect the vibration response of the mass.
