Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 7321-2004 "shaped refractory products sample preparation method", compared with GB/T 7321-2004, in addition to editing
The main technical changes outside the sexual changes are as follows.
--- Added "normative references", quoted GB/T 18930 (see Chapter 2);
--- Provisions for the retention of the sample has been modified (see 5.1.14);
--- Chemical analysis, refractoriness, true density, resistance to sulfuric acid and other powdery sample preparation requirements were modified (see 5.1.11);
--- Increased the room temperature flexural strength, high temperature flexural strength, wear resistance, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, slag resistance, resistance to molten iron, alkali resistance
Resistance to carbon monoxide, thermal shock resistance, Young's modulus and other sample preparation requirements (see 5.13 ~ 5.1.10);
--- Increasing the shaped insulation refractory products sample preparation requirements (see 5.1.2);

5 Sample Preparation
5.1 standard, general-type refractory products
5.1.1 Dense shaped refractory products, the porosity, bulk density, compressive strength, permanent change in heating, load softening temperature and creep
The sample is usually taken at the corner of the sample (cut or drilled). If the sample is smaller, the same sample can not satisfy all the preparation requirements
Time, can be prepared in different samples, but to meet the following conditions.
a) Normal temperature items such as apparent porosity and room temperature compressive strength test specimens should be prepared in the same sample;
b) high temperature projects such as load softening temperature, pressure creep and heating of permanent change test samples should be prepared in the same sample.
