3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 45905.1 apply to this document.
4 General Requirements
4.1 The power and electricity balance should be carried out in a coordinated and sequential manner on multiple time scales, such as year, month, week, and day.
The changes are updated in a rolling manner.
4.2 The power and electricity balance should be carried out in a coordinated manner by multiple power dispatching organizations. After scientific calculation and safety verification, the power and electricity balance of each level should be determined jointly.
Grid power balance margin and status.
4.3 The power and electricity balance should be based on the provincial power grid as the minimum object and be reduced to local power grids according to actual needs.
4.4 The power balance should evaluate the balance status under different scenarios and be divided into different types according to the changes in factors such as power generation, power reception, load, and weather.
The analysis is carried out based on the same equilibrium scenario.
5 Power balance calculation
5.1 Basic Requirements
5.1.1 The annual, monthly, weekly and daily power balance should be analyzed at the time when the balance margin is minimum or the system load is maximum. Generally, the time during the day and night is
The moment of maximum load is the focus of analysis.
5.1.2 The daily power balance should be analyzed with a granularity of no more than 15 minutes to determine the power balance margin and status.
