cargo unit cargo unit
A collection of loose goods placed in container containers such as pallets and bulk bags.
Note. Loose cargo and pallets together constitute a cargo unit.
3.2
unstable cargo
Goods that meet any of the following conditions.
---The bottom area is much smaller than the top area and cannot be transported upside down;
---Length to height ratio is less than or equal to 0.8 (L/H≤0.8, as shown in Figure 1);
---Aspect ratio is less than or equal to 0.7 (B/H≤0.7, as shown in Figure 1);
---Auxiliary support is required for transportation.
