Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 29912-2013 "Technical requirements for selection of urban logistics distribution vehicles" and is consistent with GB/T 29912-2013.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application of the standard has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition);
b) The definitions of the terms “van” and “enclosed truck” have been changed (see 3.2 and 3.3, 3.2 and 3.3 of the.2013 edition);
c) Added the term and definition of “load utilization factor” (see 3.4);
d) Added vehicle selection requirements (see Chapter 4);
e) The series and main technical parameter requirements of vans have been changed (see 5.1, 4.1 of the.2013 edition);
f) The series and main technical parameter requirements of closed trucks have been changed (see 5.2, 4.2 of the.2013 edition);
g) Changed the requirements for the internal dimensions of refrigerated vehicles and insulated vehicles (see 5.3, 4.3 of the.2013 edition);
h) The requirements for mass utilization factor of refrigerated vehicles and insulated vehicles have been changed (see 5.4, 4.3 of the.2013 edition);
i) The requirements for the load capacity and load utilization factor of new energy vehicles have been deleted (see 4.4 of the.2013 edition);

aa) Added tire pressure monitoring system requirements (see 6.2.15);
bb) The maximum design speed requirement for vehicles has been changed (see 6.3.1, 5.3.1 of the.2013 edition);
cc) Deleted the vehicle technical level requirements (see 5.3.2 of the.2013 edition);
dd) Added the low-temperature driving range attenuation rate requirements for pure electric vehicles (see 6.3.2);
ee) Changed the vehicle fuel consumption requirements (see 6.4.1, 5.4.1 of the.2013 edition);
ff) Added energy consumption requirements for pure electric vehicles (see 6.4.2);
gg) Changed the vehicle pollutant emission requirements (see 6.4.3, 5.4.2 of the.2013 edition);
hh) Deleted the requirements for vehicle window glass (see 5.5.1 of the.2013 edition);
i) Added water wading safety requirements for pure electric vehicles (see 6.5.1);
j) Added the explosion-proof requirements for gasoline tanks (see 6.5.2);
kk) The fire extinguisher requirements have been changed, and the requirements on the location and specifications of fire extinguishers have been deleted (see 6.5.3, 5.5.2 of the.2013 edition);
l) The requirements for marking of cargo securing points and load arrangements have been changed (see 6.5.5 and 6.5.6, 5.5.5 of the.2013 edition).

1 Scope
This document specifies the selection requirements, main technical parameters and technical requirements for urban logistics distribution vehicles.
This document is applicable to urban logistics distribution vehicles (including express delivery vehicles) with a maximum allowable total mass greater than or equal to 1500kg and less than 12000kg.
The selection of transfer vehicles is not applicable to the selection of vehicles for transporting dangerous goods in cities.
