This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting is required.
This document is modified from ISO 3168.1998 Aerospace 1100 MPa/235°C, 1100 MPa/315°C and
1 100 MPa/425 ℃ MJ threaded countersunk single ear support plate self-locking nut dimensions.
This document has the following structural adjustments compared to ISO 3168.1998.
Added Chapter 3 “Terms and Definitions”; -
Chapter 4 corresponds to Chapter 3 of ISO 3168.1998.-
The technical differences between this document and ISO 3168.1998 and their reasons are as follows.
ISO 5858.1991 (see Chapter 3 of ISO 3168.1998) has been deleted. The relevant requirements of this part of the technical content are determined by the user.
Adapt to my country's technical conditions;
ISO 5855-2 replaces ISO 5855-2.1988 (see Table 1), and ISO 8788 replaces ISO 8788.1987 (see Chapter 3)
Facilitates the use of the latest version of files;
The connection between the metal cap and the nut and the test conditions (see Chapter 3 of ISO 3168.1998) have been deleted. This part is determined by the user.
The following editorial changes were made to this document.
To coordinate with the existing standards, the name of the standard is changed to "MJ thread single ear support plate self-locking nut with countersunk socket for aerospace use"; -
The presentation form of the structure diagram has been modified (see Figure 1) to be more in line with the drawing habits of the domestic industry;
The letter representation method in structural dimensions has been modified (see Figure 1 and Table 1) to be more in line with the marking habits of the domestic industry;
