1 Scope
This Part of GB/T 28878 specifies the requirements for the delivery preparation,
delivery inspection and product delivery of rotating component.
This Part applies to the delivery of rotating component in space science
experiments. The delivery of rotating component of other payloads and
spacecraft platforms can refer to it for use.

undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this

3 Terms and definitions
Terms and definitions determined by GB/T 28878.1 are applicable to this
document.
4 Delivery preparation
4.1 Product self-inspection
The delivered product shall be inspected by the contractor in accordance with
the following documents:
a) contract (if any);
b) technical requirements (technical agreement or development task book);
c) product specifications or acceptance test details.
4.2 Quality control inspection
Before the product is delivered, the manufacturer shall check the product
process control and prepare corresponding documents for the user to check.
The quality control inspection shall include:
a) quality assurance of raw materials;
b) process quality control, including key parts, important parts, key processes
and special process control records;
c) documents and records related to quality assurance of outsourced
products;
d) calibration and verification of test equipment, measurement equipment
and measuring instruments;
e) records of quality problems and corrective actions that are taken during
production;
f) other quality control conditions that shall be checked.
4.3 Delivery document inspection
The delivery documents shall be inspected before delivery, including:
a) certificates and resumes;
b) test report;
c) reliability test report;
d) instruction manual.
