Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 4194-1984 "tungsten filament creep test, high temperature treatment and metallographic examination methods." And GB/T 4194-1984
The main changes are as follows.
--- Remove the test machine model (see 1.1.1);
--- Increasing the diameter requirements, and the measurement of diameter micrometer accuracy from 0.01mm to 0.002mm (see 3.1);
--- Elevator current speed quantization (see 3.1);
--- Clean the tungsten surface graphite milk with sodium hydroxide from pure to pure (see 3.1);
--- Vacuum units from mmHg to Pa (see 3.1);
--- High temperature treatment specimen diameter nominal value from 0.40mm to 0.39mm (see 3.1.3);
--- Modify the insulation current during high temperature treatment, and increase the fuse test to get the fusing current of the tungsten wire sample (see 3.1.3);
--- Clearly indicate the longitudinal cross-section of the wire material microstructure examination (see 3.2);
--- Metallographic samples inlaid solder from PbSn to AgSn (see 3.2.2);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the tungsten filament creep test, high temperature treatment and metallographic examination methods.
This standard applies to the determination of residual tungsten filament creep elongation and tungsten creep test and high temperature treatment after the metallographic examination.

3.1 creep test and high temperature treatment
3.1.1 Equipment, instruments, tools and materials
Requires the following equipment, instruments, tools and materials.
a) high temperature creep testing machine;
b) steel ruler (1000mm, accuracy 1mm);
c) micrometer (accuracy of 0.002mm);
d) heating device;
e) folding the mold;
f) cleaning tank
g) NaOH (chemically pure).
3.1.2 Creep test
3.1.2.1 sample
φ1.25mm tungsten wire, the sample surface quality should meet the requirements of GB/T 4181, the diameter of (1.25 ± 0.01) mm.
3.1.2.2 Preparation of test specimens
According to the following procedure for sample preparation.
a) Cut the specimen to 418 mm long and ensure that both ends are not cleaved. Heat the tip to about 800 ° C with a heating device and insert it rapidly
