4 Principles
Ethanol was used as the extraction solvent, ultrasonically extracted for 10 min, centrifuged, the supernatant was taken out, the residue was extracted again, and the two extractions were combined.
The liquid was evaporated to near dryness, and 50% methanol aqueous solution was added to dissolve the residue. After filtration, high performance liquid chromatography was used for separation and diode array detection.
Quantification by external standard method.
5 Reagents and Materials
The following reagents, unless otherwise specified, use only chromatographically pure reagents and above. The laboratory water meets the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682

5.2 Methanol.
5.3 50% methanol aqueous solution (volume fraction).
5.4 Acetonitrile.
5.5 Potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
5.6 Phosphoric acid.
5.7 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH=4.3). weigh 2.72g potassium dihydrogen phosphate (5.5), dissolve it in accordance with GB/T 6682
In the first-grade water, the volume was adjusted to 1L, and the pH value was adjusted to 4.3 with phosphoric acid (5.6).
