1 Scope
This document stipulates the general requirements, service resources, service preparation, service implementation, service complaints and evaluation of the exhibition education service of the Science and Technology Museum.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

The Science and Technology Museum relies on the exhibition resources in the museum to provide the audience with science and technology education activities.
4 General requirements
4.1 The exhibition education service should reflect the social education and public service characteristics of the science and technology museum.
4.2 The exhibition education service should aim to improve the scientific quality of citizens, guide the audience to uphold the spirit of science, establish scientific ideas, and master basic subjects
Learn methods, understand the necessary scientific and technological knowledge, and promote its ability to analyze and judge things and solve practical problems.
4.3 Exhibition education services that are scientifically interesting, participatory experience, interdisciplinary integration and multi-form interaction should be provided.
4.4 Exhibition education services should be audience-centered, taking full account of audiences of different ages, different cultural backgrounds, and different behavioral abilities.
