Technical regulations for automatic low-frequency load shedding of power systems

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic principles and requirements for the configuration and setting of automatic low-frequency load shedding devices for power systems (hereinafter referred to as "systems"). Basic assumptions and methods of automatic low-frequency load shedding calculation. This document is applicable to the automatic low-frequency load reduction technical measures involved in system planning and design, production operation, and scientific research and manufacturing.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15945, GB/T 31464 and GB 38755 apply to this document. 3.1 Load power loadcapacity The size of the load when the system is running. 3.2 Remaining power generation The total amount of generating power still running in the system after the occurrence of active power shortage. 3.3 Nominalfrequency The nominal frequency selected by the system design. 3.4 Frequencycolapse A serious system accident caused by a vicious drop in frequency.

4 General requirements

4.1 The system should reasonably arrange the sequence of automatic low-frequency load shedding and the amount of load shedding. When the whole system or the partial power shortage after splitting At the same time, a sufficient amount of load should be automatically subtracted according to the frequency drop in a planned way, so as to avoid long-term large-scale blackouts and damage to important users. Catastrophic power outages (including plant power) minimize load loss as much as possible. 4.2 When the system's active power shortage suddenly occurs and the system frequency is severely reduced, the action of the automatic low-frequency load shedding device should be relied on to make The load capacity reserved for operation is compatible with the generating capacity in operation. In view of the combination of system generator sets (thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, gas turbine
