Technical regulations for automatic high-frequency cut-off generator set in power system
1 Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements, configuration principles, and setting calculations for the configuration and configuration of automatic high-frequency cut-off generator sets in the power system.
And the principle of coordinated configuration with unit high frequency protection and steam turbine overspeed protection.
This document is suitable for high-frequency control of large power grids and high-frequency control of isolated power grids that are disconnected from the main grid after an accident. Outgoing local power grid and
Enterprise power grids with self-supplied power plants can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Over-speed protection control of turbine; OPC
When the speed of the turbo-generator set exceeds the set value or reaches the specified limit
A control that automatically opens the regulating valve after the rotation speed to maintain the unit running at the rated rotation speed.
[Source. DL/T 1309-2013, 3.6, with modification]
3.2
Generator overfrequency protection
When the frequency value of the generator set is higher than the set value, it will send out a warning signal or corresponding protection action according to the setting.
4 General requirements
4.1 The automatic high-frequency cut-off of the power system (hereinafter referred to as the high-frequency cut-off) measure belongs to the third line of defense for the stable operation of the power system.
This is an emergency control measure taken to prevent the system frequency from rising sharply after a serious failure of the power grid.
4.2 When the power system has excessive active power, the transient frequency of the system exceeds the normal control range, and may cause system stability problems
At the same time, the configuration of high-frequency cutting device should be considered.
4.3 The power system high-frequency cut-off configuration should include different types of generator set combinations, grid structure and operation mode, etc.
4.4 The power system high-frequency cutting plan should be formulated, organized and implemented by the power grid operation department, and checked regularly. When the system condition has
When major changes are made, it should be reconfigured.
