1 Scope
This document specifies the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for plant metabolite trypsin inhibitor.
This document is applicable to the determination of trypsin inhibitor of the metabolite of soybean and its products.

3 Terms and definitions
There are no terms and definitions that need to be defined in this document.
4 Principle
After the sample is processed, the trypsin inhibitor in the sample solution is bound to the trypsin inhibitor antibody (capture antibody) coated in the microplate.
Combine, wash the plate to remove unbound other components, and then combine with the enzyme-labeled antibody of trypsin inhibitor, add the enzyme-labeled substrate to develop the color, and use the microplate reader
Measure the absorbance value at 450nm wavelength and calculate the trypsin inhibitor content.
5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the chemical reagents used in this method are analytically pure, and the water is secondary water specified in GB/T 6682.
5.1 Trypsin Inhibitor Detection Kit. See Appendix A.
5.2 Trypsin inhibitor. purity ≥95%, CAS number is 9035-81-8.
5.3 The required solution should be prepared in accordance with the instructions of the kit.
6 Equipment
6.1 Small grinder.
6.2 Sample sieve. the aperture is 0.9mm.
6.3 Homogenizer.
6.4 Vortex mixer.
6.5 Electronic balance. a sense of 0.01g.
