RTCP accuracy test
1 Scope
This standard specifies the inspection requirements, inspection methods and corresponding tolerances of the RTCP accuracy of the five-axis machining center.
This standard is applicable to five types of double swing head structure, double turntable structure, swing head and turntable composite structure containing three linear axes and two rotary axes.
Axis linkage machining center (hereinafter referred to as machine tool). For other structures, five-axis linkage machining center, please refer to the implementation.

3 Terms and definitions

In the workpiece coordinate system, it can respond to the instantaneous position change of the rotary axis and keep the tool center point coordinate unchanged.
Note. The RTCP error is the error value of the tool center point coordinate during multi-axis linkage when the RTCP function is enabled.
