Use modern and advanced manufacturing, information, numerical control and automation technologies to conduct remanufacturability evaluation, disassembly and innovative redesign, reprocessing and reassembly of waste machine tools, to manufacture new machine tools whose functions and performance have been restored or improved and which meet the requirements of green manufacturing. NOTE: Green manufacturing requirements refer to product resource consumption, ecological environment, occupational health and safety requirements. 3.2 remanufactured machine tool The machine tool that is based on waste machine tools and parts, the function and performance of remanufacturing can reach or exceed the level of original new products. 3.3 machine tool disassembly The process of decomposing the original waste machine tool assembly into individual parts and components by decomposing the connecting parts and assembly relationship by using certain tools and means. 3.4 redesign The process that redesigns remanufactured products and their parts by means of function enhancement and technical condition optimization, based on waste products and recycled class. 4.5 Cleaning, testing The disassembled parts and systems must be cleaned and tested to determine their failure, wear and aging conditions. Analyze the feasibility of its reuse or remanufacturing from the aspects of economy, technology, resources, environment. 4.6 Redesign of machine tools According to the requirements of the overall scheme of machine tool remanufacturing, design the structure and components of the remanufactured machine tool. The design documents should be formed. 4.7 Formulation of remanufacturing process plan for mechanical parts According to the test results of waste parts and the technical requirements for parts of remanufactured machine tools, determine the remanufacturing process equipment, process parameters of the parts, and formulate remanufacturing process regulations. 4.8 Formulation of remanufacturing technology plan for electrical control system The electrical control system plan should be formulated according to the overall plan of machine tool remanufacturing, including electrical schematic diagrams, electrical location diagrams, and selection of electrical components. After the plan is formulated, technical documents must be formed. 4.9 Assembly and commissioning Remanufactured machine tools should be assembled according to the drawings and reassembly process regulations. The parts (including remanufactured parts and replacement parts) assembled on the remanufactured machine tool should meet the quality requirements. The reassembly process and reassembly quality of remanufactured machine tools should comply with the provisions of JB/T 9874. 4.10 Inspection and acceptance of remanufactured machine tools The inspection and acceptance of remanufactured machine tools should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 9061. The main contents of inspection and acceptance include: a) Appearance inspection; b) Inspection of accessories and tools; c) Parameter inspection; d) Idle operation test of machine tools; e) Load test of machine tools; f) Precision inspection of machine tools; g) Processing and assembly quality inspection; h) Others. 4.11 Accompanying technical documents The accompanying technical documents for remanufactured machine tools should include instruction manual that meets the requirements of GB/T 9969, certificate of conformity, packing list, original machine tool and its remanufactured parts blank performance and quality condition inspection report, remanufacturing statement card. The compilation method of technical documents such as instruction manual, certificate of conformity and packing list should comply with the provisions of GB/T 23571. The remanufacturing statement card should indicate the manufacturer of the original machine tool, the name, serial number and quantity of the remanufactured parts. 4.12 Packaging The packaging of the machine tool should comply with the provisions of GB/T 191, JB/T 8356.1, JB/T 8356.2, and JB/T 3207. 5 Requirements for mechanical parts 5.1 General requirements 5.1.1 The basic dimensions and tolerances of remanufactured mechanical parts should be restored to the original design requirements or meet the interchangeability technical requirements stipulated in national standards. 5.1.2 For remanufactured parts that do not meet the technical requirements for interchangeability, their drawings and technical documents should establish corresponding permanent files and provide them to the user as accompanying information. 5.1.3 Wear-resistant measures should be taken for the main parts such as guide rail pairs, spindles, lead screws, worm pairs and high-speed and heavy-duty gear pairs that are important and easy to wear for remanufactured machine tools.
