1 Scope
This standard provides terms and definitions, evaluation methods, evaluation institutions and evaluation procedures involved in the evaluation of the economic value of scientific and technological achievements.

This standard applies to the evaluation of the economic value of scientific and technological achievements in mature markets.

3 Evaluation method
3.1 Method selection
3.1.1 When selecting an evaluation method, it is advisable to analyze the benefits according to the evaluation purpose, evaluation object, value type, data collection and other relevant conditions
Applicability of basic methods such as method, market method, and cost method are evaluated, and one or more evaluation methods should be appropriately selected.
3.1.2 For the selection of evaluation methods, it is necessary to consider the following factors.
