Diaphragm coupling test requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test methods, test specifications, test reports, etc. of diaphragm couplings (hereinafter referred to as couplings).
This standard applies to couplings whose allowable speed is 0r/min~10700r/min.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Idlingtest
When the coupling is not applied with torque and within the allowable speed range, the coupling at a certain inclination angle rotates in both directions to vibrate.

Static test
When the coupling is at a standstill, torques in both positive and negative directions are applied to the coupling to test the torque and stiffness of the coupling.
