Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the translation method equivalent to IEC 62238.2003 "Marine navigation and radio communication equipment and systems D-level digital selection
Sexual Call (DSC) Very High Frequency (VHF) Radiotelephone Test Method and Required Test Results.
This standard has made the following editorial changes.
--- The sequence of Figure 3 and Figure 4 quoted in the English standard is incorrect and has been adjusted;
--- Added the informative Appendix NA "China Radio Frequency Band Division".
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Marine Electrical and Electronic Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC531).

1 Scope
This standard specifies general communication for shipboard fixed equipment using Class D digital selective calling (DSC) Very High Frequency (VHF) radiotelephones.
Basic requirements.
These requirements contain and incorporate the relevant provisions of the ITU Radio Regulations and Recommendation ITU-RM.493-10 defining Class D equipment.
Relevant guidelines detailed in resolutions IMOMSC/Circ.803, MSC/Circ.862 and MSC.131(75).
This standard also specifies the technical characteristics, test methods and test results of the equipment and system.
Appendix D describes the recommended standards for working equipment in a strong electromagnetic environment.
