1 Scope
This standard specifies the test principle, test equipment and test for tensile, torsion and bending accelerated fatigue test of large rubber hose assemblies.
Classification, samples, test environment, test procedures and test reports.
This standard is applicable to single fatigue of tensile, torsion and bending of large rubber hose assemblies with a nominal inner diameter of 100 mm or more.
Performance evaluation and combined fatigue performance evaluation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 7528 apply to this document.
3.1
Tensile load
The axial force applied when the hose is stretched.

Bending load bendload
The load applied by bending the hose at the minimum bend radius.
4 Test principle
Perform a single or combined multiple tensile, torsional and/or bending test on a large rubber hose assembly on a fatigue tester to achieve

5 fatigue testing machine
5.1 Fatigue testing machine can be one-piece tensile, torsion and bending, or independent of stretching, torsion and bending.
5.2 The fatigue tester shall have the following basic conditions.
--- With a hydraulic drive system that provides the power needed for the test.
---The tooling with the pipe joints at both ends of the hose assembly is connected. After the connection, the hose assembly is horizontal and one end is tested.
The process remains stationary and the other end is stretched, twisted or bent under power.
--- Should have an automatic control system for parameter setting.
---Equipped with data recording device, the data in each test process (including tensile load, torsion angle, bending radius, and movement)
Record and save as frequency and number of times.
5.3 Schematic diagrams of the tensile, torsion and bending tests of the fatigue testing machine are shown in Figure 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3, respectively.
