1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic technical requirements and foundations for the provision, call, measurement, assessment and compensation of auxiliary services for grid-connected power plants.

This standard is applicable to grid-connected power plants (including self-supplied power plants) participating in power grid operation, and provincial and above power dispatching agencies.
