1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods for the isolation, culture, immunology and molecular biology of P. acerifolia.
This standard applies to the quarantine and identification of P. oleracea in pear seedlings, rootstocks, scions and young fruit transmissions, as well as field investigations of diseases and
monitor.
2 Basic information on P. oxysporum
Chinese name. Asian Phytophthora
Scientific name. ErwiniapyrifoliaeKimetal.
English name. ShootblightofAsianpear
Classification status. Bacteria, Proteobacteria, Gammaproteobacteria, Intestines
