1 Scope
This standard specifies the quarantine and identification methods for tomato mosaic virus (Tomatomosaicvirus).
This standard applies to the detection and identification of tomato mosaic virus in host plants and untreated seeds.
In order to reduce the infection rate of seeds, physical (such as heat treatment) or chemical treatment (such as acid treatment, sodium hypochlorite, trisodium phosphate, etc.)
Seeds, or seeds treated with agrochemicals or biological agents, use this standard to prove the residue by analysis, sampling or comparative experiments.

4 Principle
