1 Scope

This standard specifies the deoxidation performance test method for platinum palladium (ie platinum or/and palladium, hereinafter referred to as platinum palladium). 3 Principle

The oxygen in the feed gas reacts with hydrogen or carbon monoxide under the action of a deoxidizer to form a chemical reaction to form water or carbon dioxide. The reaction equation is as follows. 2H2 O2 → 2H2O 2CO O2 → 2CO2 The oxygen content of the reactor inlet and outlet was analyzed by an oxygen analyzer, and the deoxidation rate was calculated to characterize the deoxidation performance of the deoxidizer.
