1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions and test items for the fuel consumption of crawler dozers with an engine rated power of 560 kW or less.
Objectives, test conditions, measurement methods, test methods, test records, and test evaluations.
This standard applies to the measurement of fuel consumption in the simulated action of a crawler dozer.

3 Terms and definitions

5 test conditions
5.1 Test machine
5.1.1 Configuration
The configuration of the test machine shall be in the standard state specified by the manufacturer. There is no restriction when there is no influence on the center of gravity of the test machine.
5.1.2 Engine speed
The no-load minimum speed and the no-load maximum speed of the test machine engine are adjusted to within the specified range.
5.1.3 Fuel filling amount
The fuel filling capacity should be more than 2/3 of the fuel tank capacity.
