1 Scope
This standard specifies the content and statistical methods of the operational indicators of electrochemical energy storage power stations, as well as the principles and requirements for the evaluation of operational effects.
This specification is applicable to electrochemical energy storage power stations with rated power not less than 500kW and rated energy not less than 500kW·h.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Electrochemical energy storage power station electrochemicalenergystoragestation
An electrochemical cell is used as an energy storage component for power storage, conversion and release of power stations, consisting of several different or the same type
