1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and model representation methods, ordering content, plate type and construction, and technology of stainless steel profiled panels for construction.
Technical requirements, inspection and acceptance, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates.
This standard applies to stainless steel profiled panels (hereinafter referred to as compression moldings) for building roofing, wall covering, etc., including stainless steel pressing tiles.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Stainless steel profile plate profiledstainlesssteelsheet
A stainless steel plate or a steel strip is formed by roll bending or cold forming, and a formed plate or tile having a wave-shaped cross section is formed along the width direction of the plate.
3.2
Stainless steel substrate stainlesssteelsubstrate
The surface of the substrate can be plated without the cold-formed or cold-formed stainless steel sheet or strip.

4 Classification and model representation
4.1 Profiled board classification and code
4.1.1 The profiled panels are divided into roofing panels and wall panels according to their purposes. The models are composed of two parts. the use code and the plate type feature code.
4.1.2 The use code of the profiled board is as follows.
a) The roof panel use code is indicated by the initial letter "W" of the word "house" in Chinese Pinyin;
b) The wall panel usage code is represented by the initial letter “Q” of the “wall” Chinese pinyin.
4.1.3 The plate type feature code is represented by the combination of wave height (mm), pitch (mm) and coverage width (mm) of the profiled plate.
4.2 Profile type indication method
Example 1. A roofing profiled plate having a wave height h of 51 mm, a pitch d of 360 mm, and a cover width B of 720 mm, codenamed W51-360-720.
Example 2. A wall profiled sheet having a wave height h of 35 mm, a pitch d of 250 mm, and a cover width B of 750 mm, code-named Q35-250-750.
5 Ordering content
Contracts or orders ordered in accordance with this standard shall include the following.
a) standard number;
b) product name;
c) the grade, thickness and performance requirements of the stainless steel plate;
d) surface state;
e) Profile type;
f) Profile specification (thickness, length);
g) the quantity ordered (weight or number of sheets);
h) packaging method;
i) Other additional requirements.
6 plate type and construction
6.1 Connection and Construction Examples
The typical plate type and connection structure of the profiled sheet are shown in Table 1.
6.2 Board design requirements and applicable conditions
6.2.1 The wave height, wave pitch and thickness of the profiled plate shall meet the requirements of bearing strength, stability and rigidity; the plate design shall meet the requirements of waterproof, load bearing and anti-stress.

7 Technical requirements
7.1 Raw materials
7.1.1 The profiled sheet shall be cold-rolled stainless steel or steel strip as the substrate.
7.1.2 The thickness of stainless steel plate or steel strip should not be less than 0.4mm.
7.1.3 For the physical properties of stainless steel plates or strips, see GB/T 20878.
7.1.4 The chemical composition, mechanical properties, surface quality, dimensions and shape tolerance of stainless steel plates or strips shall be consistent with
GB/T 34200, GB/T 3280 provisions. See Appendix A for the physical properties and mechanical properties of commonly used stainless steel sheets or strips.

7.1.5 Stainless steel plates or strips shall be of the type and grade listed in Table 2. Recommended environment for various grades of stainless steel plates and strips

7.1.6 The organic coatings adapted to the stainless steel substrate are shown in Table 3. The type of organic coating should be selected according to the processing and use conditions. Coating quality

7.2 Production method
The profiled sheet is formed by cold rolling stainless steel or steel strip substrate or coated sheet by roll bending or cold forming.
7.3 Profiled board
7.3.1 Outline and section dimensions
The tolerance of the profile and section dimensions of the profiled sheet shall comply with the requirements of Table 4. The shape and section size measurement method of the profiled sheet is attached.

7.3.2 Surface quality
The surface quality of the profiled sheet shall comply with the requirements of Table 5.

8 Inspection and acceptance
8.1 The quality inspection and acceptance requirements of the profiled panels shall comply with the requirements of this standard and GB 50205.
8.2 The items and methods of quality inspection of the profiled sheet shall comply with the requirements of Table 6.

9 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
9.1 Packaging
9.1.1 The profiled panels shall be packaged in a stack and bundled with packing tape or stainless steel tape. The weight of each bundle shall not exceed 1.0t. Need to be bundled
Use a wooden board or foam block to block the molding. The packaging should be rainproof.
9.1.2 The length of the profiled board should be determined according to the use and transportation conditions. The length should be no less than 3m. The bundle should be no less than 2 lanes; the length of 3m~6m should be bundled.
It should be no less than 3 lanes; bundles of more than 6m in length should be no less than 4 lanes.
9.1.3 A package shall be of the same type and the same length of the profiled plate. Separate marks if mixed.
9.1.4 According to the requirements of the purchaser, fine packaging can be carried out by agreement between the supplier and the buyer. The packaging method is agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer.
9.2 mark
9.2.1 Each type of laminated board bundled in a stack shall be clearly marked on the outer skin of the package.
9.2.2 The mark shall include the standard number, supplier name or factory mark, raw material grade, surface state, thickness, product model, batch number, length, and Zhang.

9.3 Transportation
9.3.1 Car transport can be transported in bundles, and other means of transport can only be transported in boxes.
9.3.2 During transportation, support and fixing measures should be taken to avoid pressure, mechanical damage and rain and damp.
9.4 Storage
9.4.1 Raw materials and profiles should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse, kept away from heat sources during storage, and should not be contaminated with chemicals or chemicals.
Items in contact. In the case of short-term open storage, measures should be taken to prevent rain and moisture, and product stacking should have a certain slope.
9.4.2 The storage site shall be solid, flat and not easy to accumulate water; the bulk stacking height shall not deform the profiled plate, and the bottom shall be covered with wooden strips and the wooden blocks.
The distance should not be too large; the storage track should not have carbon steel wear surface, and should be protected with wood, rubber or plastic slats or sheaths.
9.5 Quality Certificate
The pressure plate for each batch of delivery shall be accompanied by a quality certificate proving that the batch of pressure plate meets the standard requirements and the order contract, and the quality certificate shall be
