introduction
Clean rooms and related controlled environments are used to control indoor pollution to an appropriate level to meet process and use requirements.
The environmental conditions necessary for production and scientific research in industries such as medical health, aerospace, food, and biosafety. Testing is a test of clean rooms and related controlled environments.
This document provides the test items for clean rooms in different application fields and provides the verification activities of technical indicators such as performance, safety, process, energy efficiency, etc.
Provide application suggestions for the test method based on system characteristics, process and use requirements, on-site conditions, etc. to ensure that the test method is appropriate and the test results are accurate.
Indeed, it is reliable.
Cleanrooms and related controlled environments
