Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard is proposed by the State Forestry Administration. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Forestry Biomass Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC416). This standard was drafted by. Beijing Forestry University, Jinan Haineng Instrument Co., Ltd., Langfang Huari Furniture Co., Ltd., Shandong Lili Engineering University, Shandong Lusen Plastic Wood Composites Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Forestry Academy, Xiamen Standard & Poor's Standardization Service Co., Ltd., China Forestry Institute of Wood Industry, Academy of Sciences. The main drafters of this standard. Forestry biomass raw material analysis method Protein content determination

1 Scope

This standard specifies methods, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, and analytical procedures for the determination of protein content in forestry biomass feedstocks. Expression of results, etc. This standard applies to wood, bamboo, rattan, bark, leaves, fruit shells and other forestry biomass raw materials. This standard adopts Kjeldahl method and Dumas combustion method. The former is a classical method for determining protein content and is applicable to each method. A forestry biomass feedstock; the latter is an efficient method for the rapid determination of protein content, and is used to push forward the rapid detection of forestry biomass feedstocks in batches. Recommended for use.

3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30366-2013 and the following apply to this document. 3.1 Forestry biomass forestrybiomass Biomass produced during the production and processing of forestry mainly includes forest products (such as wood, bamboo, rattan, etc.) and forestry residues (such as branches). Slag, sawdust, sawdust, shoots, slats and truncated, husks and kernels and other processing residues and processing residues, paper-making waste, and waste wood) Energy forest and so on. 4 Kjeldahl method

4.1 Principle The protein in the forestry biomass raw material is decomposed under the condition of catalytic heating, and the generated ammonia gas is combined with the sulfuric acid to generate ammonium sulfate, alkalized steaming Distillation ammonia free, absorbed with boric acid, titrated with sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid standard titration solution, determine the nitrogen content according to the consumption of acid and multiplied by nitrogen For the protein coefficient, you can get the protein content of raw materials. 4.2 Reagents and Materials The reagents used in this standard method are all analytically pure (except as otherwise specified). The water is either distilled or deionized water. 4.2.1 Copper sulfate (CuSO4·5H2O). 4.2.2 Potassium sulfate (K2SO4). 4.2.3 Sulfuric acid (H2SO4). The density is 1.84g/L.
