This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 3513-2001 "Measurement and extraction method for the adhesion of vulcanized rubber to single steel wire", and GB/T 3513-
The main technical changes in.2001 are as follows.
--- Change the "wire bead" in the range to "bead wire" (see Chapter 1);
--- Change the "1.15" in the mold schematic to "1.15d" (see Figure 1);
--- Increased the requirements for the tensile machine "using a tensile testing machine that meets the requirements of GB/T 17200" (see 4.2);
--- Increased the recommended type of wire holder and the requirements for the clamping surface (see 4.3);
--- Removed "heating or steam to heat the upper and lower stencils" (see 4.4);
--- Increased vulcanization temperature control range (see 4.4);
--- Increased the content of the release agent (see 4.6);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the adhesion of vulcanized rubber to a single steel wire.
This standard applies to rubber products and bead wire reinforced with a single steel wire.
