1 Scope

Reference beam reference beam
An ideal beam for evaluating the beam quality. The reference beam of the Gaussian beam is the ideal fundamental mode Gaussian beam, the reference light of the non-Gaussian beam
The bundle is an ideal plane wave beam with uniform intensity and phase distribution.
Note. For non-Gaussian beams, the reference beam cross section can be circular, circular, rectangular or hollow rectangle, see Appendix A.

Bucket power ratio power (ratio) inthebucket
The ratio of the power to the total power of the beam in a certain diameter or width region centered on the beam axis in the beam cross section.

The ratio of the diameter or width of the far field beam in the barrel to the transmission distance is the ratio of the transmission distance.

Diffraction limit angle
