Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard uses the translation method equivalent to the international standard ISO 10381-6..2009 "Soil quality sampling Part 6. Indoor determination micro
Guidelines for the collection, handling and storage of aerobic processes for soil processes, biomass and diversity (English version).
For ease of use, this standard has been modified as follows.
--- Change the standard name to "Laboratory determination of microbial processes, biomass and diversity Aerobic collection, treatment and storage of soil
south".
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture.
This standard is under the responsibility of the National Soil Quality Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC404).

Laboratory for the determination of microbial processes, biomass and diversity
Guidelines for aerobic collection, handling and storage of soil
1 Scope
This standard provides laboratory guidelines for the aerobic collection, treatment and storage of soils for the determination of microbial processes, biomass and diversity. This standard
The recommended method does not apply to soil treatments that always maintain anaerobic conditions.
This standard is mainly applicable to temperate soil. Extreme soil conditions (such as permafrost, tropical soil) may require special treatment.
2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Aerobic
Free access to molecular oxygen conditions.
2.2
Anaerobic anaerobic
Can not get molecular oxygen conditions.
2.3
Soil moisture content watercontentonadrymassbasis
The percentage (%) of the mass of dried water and the dry weight of the soil during drying to constant weight at 105 ° C.
[ISO 11465..1993, 3.2]
3 steps
3.1 sampling point selection
Select soil samples according to the purpose of the study.
Mark and record the location of the plots, such as marking them on a map with easy-to-read stills, using high-precision maps or using GIS
Bit. If feasible, should be marked in the sample, to facilitate the subsequent repeated sampling or comparative test.
3.2 Sample description
According to the specific research purpose, determine the soil sampling site. Detailed survey sample background information, describe the characteristics of the plot and historical use,
And record the sampling sites of vegetation, terrain (such as flat, slopes, steep slopes), chemical or biological additives and accidental pollution and so on.
3.3 Sampling conditions
Soil samples for indoor research should be taken as far as possible with moderate soil moisture for sieving. In addition to research needs, should be avoided in the long term
(Eg > 30d) Drought, frozen or flooded during sampling or immediately after sampling. Such as soil samples for field condition monitoring
Should be consistent with field conditions. Some analysis items (such as ammonia oxidation strength determination), soil samples can be stored cold.
