Chemical analysis of tin
Part 7. Determination of aluminum content
Electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry
1 Scope
GB/T 3260 This section provides for the determination of tin in aluminum content electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry methods.
This section applies to the determination of tin in aluminum content. Determination of the range of 0.00030% - 0.0040%
2 Method summary
Samples with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolved in hydrochloric acid and citric acid medium, electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometer at 309.3nm, Zeeman
In addition to background absorption, measuring the absorption peak area, calculated according to the content of the work curve of aluminum.
3 Reagents
Analysis of water are a water. Containers are used in the experiments with hydrochloric acid (119) was thoroughly soaked, clean water reserve.
3.1 hydrochloride (ρ1.19g/mL, MOS level).
Nitrate 3.2 (ρ1.42g/mL, MOS level).
3.3 Hydrogen peroxide (30%, MOS grade).
3.4 hydrochloride (19).
3.5 citric acid solution (pure class distinctions, 200g/L).
3.6 standard aluminum stock solution. Weigh 1.0000g of aluminum (wAl≥99.99%), placed in 250mL-high beaker, 25mL salt
Acid (11) and 3mL nitrate, cover sheet pan, over low heat until completely dissolved, removed, cooled, washed with water table dish and cup wall, moved
1000mL volumetric flask 25mL hydrochloric acid (11), diluted with water to volume, and mix. 1mL solution containing 1mg aluminum.
3.7 Aluminum Standard Solution A. Pipette 10.00mL aluminum standard stock solution (3.6) in 100mL volumetric flask, was added 5mL hydrochloric acid (3.1),
Dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 100μg aluminum.
3.8 aluminum standard solution B. Pipette 5.00mL aluminum standard solution (3.7) in 250mL volumetric flask, was added 12.5mL hydrochloric acid (3.1),
Dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 2μg aluminum.
4 Instrument
Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer (with a Zeeman background subtraction function), with a graphite furnace atomizer, autosampler, with a hollow aluminum overcast
Pole lamps and graphite tube.
Step 5 Analysis
5.1 Sample
